Ronaldo statue installed in Iranian hotel
A sculpture of Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo was installed in the lobby of a hotel in Iran, where the footballer stayed with the team, The Goal reports.
In September, Ronaldo flew to Tehran as part of the Saudi Al-Nasr to participate in the Asian Champions League match against the local club Persepolis (2:0).
It also became known earlier that the watermelon and wet wipes that the 38-year-old Portuguese man touched in Iran were put up for sale.
This season, Ronaldo played nine matches, scored 10 goals and made six assists.
