Four PSG players suspended for insulting Marseille fans

Paris Saint-Germain players Ousmane Dembélé, Randal Kolo-Mouany, Layvin Kurzawa and Achraf Hakimi have been suspended for one game for insulting Marseille fans, the French Professional Football League (LFP) website reports.
In the sixth round of Ligue 1, PSG defeated Marseille with a score of 4:0 in the match of the sixth round of Ligue 1. After the match, Dembele, Kolo-Mouany, Kurzawa and Hakimi, celebrating the victory, together with the fans chanted offensive chants against Marseille. .
The LFP also punished Paris Saint-Germain by closing one of the stands at its home stadium for two matches, one of which was suspended. The club announced that it would not appeal the verdict.
After seven rounds, PSG is in fifth place in the Ligue 1 standings with 12 points. Luis Enrique’s team will play against Rennes on October 8.
