Chalov’s debut goal brought the Russian team victory over Cameroon in a friendly match
The Russian national football team defeated the Cameroon team in a friendly match.
The meeting took place in Moscow at the Dynamo stadium named after Lev Yashin and ended with a score of 1:0.
The only goal was scored in the 40th minute by striker Fyodor Chalov, this goal became his debut for the national team. In addition, Alexander Sobolev and Maxim Mukhin scored for the Russian national team, but their goals were not counted due to offside.
Akhmat footballer Evgeniy Kharin made his debut for the Russian national team, appearing on the field at the end of the game.
The meeting in Moscow was attended by 20,152 spectators.
The Russian national team won for the first time since March, breaking a three-match streak without a win (two draws and a defeat).
