Former player of the Russian national football team Dmitry Bulykin shared his opinion on the work of coaches of MIR clubs of the Russian Premier League (RPL) after the completion of the first third of the season.
— Which coach was the revelation of the first third of the championship or, conversely, a disappointment?
— Osinkin was probably the discovery. Disappointment – Abascal.
– Why Osinkin only now?
— I don’t remember that “Wings of the Soviets” came in second place. Considering the losses, considering that last season the team fought not to be relegated from the RPL. This season, almost the same composition is fighting for second place. To create such an atmosphere in the team and motivate the guys in this way, you need a good coaching staff.
— Can “Wings” compete for at least the top three position at the championship level?
– No, they will not fight for the top three. A good start to the championship, the confidence that victories gave at the start, and the atmosphere in the team – all this together allowed them to go to the top, but a little later everything will fall into place.
— What exactly did Abaskal disappoint?
— The results and the atmosphere in the team, a lack of understanding of what to do and some dissatisfied players. All this suggests that it will be very difficult to stabilize the situation,” Metaratings.ru quotes Bulykin.
Krylya Sovetov are in second place in the MIR RPL standings, gaining 21 points from 11 matches. The gap between the Samara club and the leading Krasnodar is six points. Spartak is in sixth place with 17 points.
