The Russian national football team escaped defeat in the match with Kenya in the 89th minute

The Russian national football team played a draw with the Kenyan team in a friendly match.
The meeting, which took place in Antalya, Turkey, ended with a score of 2:2. Anthony Akumu (14th minute) and Masoud Juma (36th minute) scored for the Kenyans. The Russians scored goals from Alexander Sobolev (8) and substitute Ivan Oblyakov (89).
At the beginning of the game, Kenyan national team goalkeeper Brian Odhiambo was replaced due to a leg injury, and goalkeeper Patrick Matasi played the rest of the match. Russian national team midfielder Daniil Fomin also left the field due to injury in the middle of the first half, and Daler Kuzyaev entered the game instead.
Four players made their debuts in the Russian national team: CSKA goalkeeper Ilya Pomazun, who plays on loan in Ural, Zenit players forward Ivan Sergeev and defender Arsen Adamov, who plays for Orenburg on loan, as well as Krylya Sovetov defender Yuri Gorshkov.
