Defender Diego Laxalt: “With me, Dynamo will receive a third star on the emblem”
Defender of Dynamo Moscow and the Uruguay national football team Diego Laxalt expressed confidence that the “blue and white” will become champions of Russia several times in the coming years.
— Will Dynamo win the third star on the emblem with me? Undoubtedly! I am sure that this will happen,” Laxalt told RB Sport.
In 12 matches of the RPL this season, Dynamo scored 18 points and ranks 6th in the standings; Krasnodar is in the lead, with 28 points.
Laxalt moved to the Blue and White camp in the summer of 2021. On October 19, the 30-year-old Uruguayan extended his contract until 2026.
Dynamo is the 11-time national champion. To receive the third star, a team must win four championship titles.
