Head coach of Lokomotiv Moscow Mikhail Galaktionov said that striker Artem Dzyuba is doing everything for the progress of young football players.

Dzyuba moved to Lokomotiv in February 2023. This season, the 35-year-old forward has three goals and three assists in 13 matches.

— Almost from Dziuba’s first day at Lokomotiv, everyone has been talking about their strong dependence on him. Doesn’t this bother you?

– You can count and say anything you want. Anyone can express their opinion and position. When there is a tall, large striker on the field, this is one system of play. When a mobile, active player comes out, with a different anthropometry, the structure of the game changes. This is clear to everyone. We are very glad that our team has a player of such a level as Dzyuba – a striker who poses a threat to the opponent.
