Former Russian national team and Manchester United player Andrei Kanchelskis said that ex-Mancunian coach Sir Alex Ferguson has a normal attitude towards Russia.
Kanchelskis played for the English club from 1991 to 1995.
“Ferguson is a great person and a great coach. I always remember my time working with him at United fondly. By the way, he really loves black caviar, he simply adores it. I always brought him caviar from Russia. He has a normal attitude towards Russia, there is no negativity. He understands everything, he is not a politician,” RB Sport quotes Kanchelskis as saying.
Ferguson retired from coaching in 2013; the Scottish specialist coached Manchester United from 1986 to 2013.
