Spartak head coach Guillermo Abascal is unable to cope with the team, and the club’s management does not want to fire the Spaniard so as not to pay him a penalty, says Match TV commentator Dmitry Guberniev.

So everything is fine with Spartak, everything is going according to plan. Surely the club plays Yegor Letov’s song “Everything is going according to plan.” Imagine, first Abaskal listened to “Civil Defense”, and then, like Ivan Vasilyevich in the famous film: “Eh, once again, and again, and many, many times more,” Guberniev told Match TV.

Abaskal took charge of Spartak last summer and led them to bronze medals at the Russian Championship last season.
