Orenburg forward Jimmy Marin was recognized as the best player in the match of the 13th round of the MIR Russian Premier League (RPL) with Krylia Sovetov.
The meeting took place on Saturday in Samara and ended with a score of 1:1. Marin came on as a substitute after the break. Benjamin Garre scored for the hosts (24th minute), and Matias Perez (66th minute) scored for the guests.
Wings are third in the standings with 22 points. Orenburg is in 14th place with 12 points.
The “Best Man of the Match” award is awarded after each RPL game; the winners are selected jointly by the league and the MATCH PREMIER TV channel.
