Belgian Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne said that he does not yet know when he will be able to play football.
The footballer suffered a hamstring injury on August 11 in the opening match of the English Championship with Burnley (3:0). After this, Kevin De Bruyne successfully underwent surgery.
“I’ve been injured for three months, but everything is going well, the treatment is going according to plan. They didn’t give me a date for my return, they didn’t tell me when I could start playing football again. I hope that when I return everything will be fine. “I got injured because I had too much workload and also because I took part in matches when I had other injuries,” De Bruyne said, as quoted by Mundo Deportivo.
City coach Pep Guardiola said in August that the player would need 3-4 months to recover.
