Rostov head coach Valery Karpin said that he does not want to comment on the work of the referees in the match of the 14th round of the MIR RPL with Orenburg.
The meeting took place at the Gazovik stadium and ended with a score of 1:1. Dmitry Vorobyov (71) scored for Orenburg, and Maxim Osipenko (85) scored for the guests. Also, in the 33rd minute of the game, Osipenko missed a penalty, hitting the post.
— We watched different games with you, I don’t know where you saw Orenburg’s advantage in the second half. The fact that they had some moments from the standards – yes, but I don’t remember anything else. If we had scored a penalty in the first half, the game would have gone differently.
— Are you satisfied with the work of the judges today?
– I’ll do it like Gancharenko. “I won’t say anything,” Match TV reports Karpin’s words.
In the 17th minute, the ball hit Osipenko’s hand in the Rostov goalkeeper, but no penalty was awarded.
Orenburg head coach David Deogracia, speaking about refereeing, called for “respect for Orenburg.”
— We had a lot of chances, we often shot at goal, reached the goal, but Rostov also created chances. When a penalty was awarded in favor of Rostov, the moment was reconsidered, such a decision was made, good. There was a moment when a Rostov player kicked the ball off the goal line with his hand, but they didn’t look at him. “I have never spoken badly about the referees, I won’t speak badly, I don’t want to hide (behind the refereeing), but I ask for respect for our team,” he noted.
“Orenburg” is in 13th place in the RPL WORLD table with 13 points, the Rostovites are in 10th place with 17 points.
