“We thought we had already won, nothing could happen. I was very angry” – Lichka about the match with Sochi

The head coach of Dynamo Moscow, Marcel Licka, did not expect that the team would miss the victory in the match of the 14th round of the MIR RPL against Sochi.

The meeting in Sochi ended with a score of 3:3, after the first half the “blue and white” were leading 3:1.

— We quickly scored the first goal, then Leshchuk saved a penalty, then we made a difference of two goals, but, unfortunately, in the second half there was a copy of the game with “Wings of the Soviets” (2nd round, 3:3). We could have scored a fourth goal, but it didn’t work out. We thought we had already won, nothing could happen. When the opponent scored the second goal, we went downhill psychologically. Sochi scored only three goals, which is good, because the game could have ended in victory for the hosts.

I was very angry because if we want to play ahead… The season could end like it did a year ago. The team can’t handle critical moments in the game. Yes, I’m disappointed with the result, because you can easily go to 4:1 and finish the game by controlling the ball in the opponent’s half, but we didn’t show character.

Sochi played very well in the last two matches. I think the team will add more. Today our game had good parameters, but from the moment of 3:2 the team began to shake. Yes, the players are trying, but they are not ready yet.

Tyukavin scored for the third game in a row, Gladyshev also scored a beautiful goal. It’s good for them, but unfortunately it’s a draw. “I’m very disappointed,” Match TV quotes Lichka as saying.

In the next round, the Dynamo team will host Orenburg on November 12. Watch the game live on the MATCH PREMIER TV channel, as well as on the websites matchtv.ru and sportbox.ru.

Basel is a very strong rival, and it is not easy to win here. Ale mi showed good gru.

We cannot complain, the European League is a very important tournament for us. This tournament is very competitive, but only one team can overcome it. The three points we scored in Basel will give us enthusiasm for the upcoming tests,” said Emeri.
