The first coach of Spartak forward Alexander Sobolev, Alexander Gorbunov, believes that the complex character of the football player will not become an obstacle to the successful continuation of his career in the Moscow club.
This season, 26-year-old Sobolev played in 13 matches for Spartak in all tournaments, in which he scored five goals.
— Sobolev’s complex character will not become an obstacle to the successful continuation of his Spartak career. He has a fighting character. He doesn’t kill anyone, doesn’t fight in bars – he’s a wonderful family man. There’s nothing to do on the field if you don’t fight. If you cross the boundaries, you are punished for it. But you can’t be indifferent on the field. His emotions do not always harm Spartak. On the contrary, sometimes they lead the team to win. Burnt out? No, he’s waiting for the moment. Because when he comes out, he always proves that he is in the right place.
— Alexander said that he would like to go abroad. Maybe he needs to reboot his career?
“There is no talk about it now, and no one is really waiting there.” Go to third-rate clubs and sit on the bench? It’s better to prove your worth in one of the best clubs than to wait for ten minutes like Zakharyan or Miranchuk.
I don’t see any degradation in the football player’s career. Let Abascal reboot his career. Zhukov said correctly: patience runs out while you watch a young boy jumping on the sidelines and conducting experiments with one of the best teams,” Sport24 quotes Gorbunov as saying.
On Sunday, Spartak will play with Rostov in the 15th round of the MIR RPL in Moscow, the match will start at 19:30. “Red-Whites”, having scored 21 points, occupy 6th place in the standings, “Rostov” is in 11th place.
