The Cup will be played in February 2024 FNL. 8 teams will play in the tournament: 1 of RPL1 from the Second League (Division A), 2 from the First League, 2 from the Media League + 2 foreign clubs (one of them will represent Kazakhstan).
According to rumors, from RPL Dinamo Moscow could play, but the club has not confirmed this information at the moment. Furthermore, the alleged participation of Makhachkala Dynamo is reported.
As a reward for 2nd and 3rd place in the fourth season of the Media League for the Cup FNL “BrookeBoys” and “Egrisi” will go.
