“I wouldn’t rush into the decision to fire Gancharenko” – Silkin
Russian coach Sergei Silkin does not believe that head coach Viktor Gancharenko will be fired from Ural in the near future due to the team’s poor results.
The club from Yekaterinburg has a 10-match winless streak in the RPL. In the standings, Ural is in 12th place, gaining 16 points in 15 rounds.
– Of course, now there may be a change in the head coach at Ural. In Russian football, everything is possible; our coaches are not allowed to work.

— In order to shake up the team for one game, this can be done, but Viktor Mikhailovich showed himself to be a thinking, knowledgeable and skillful coach. I wouldn’t rush into this decision. When a team doesn’t score points, conversations start, that’s natural. I don’t think that Gancharenko will be fired from Ural,” RB Sport quotes Silkin as saying.
