The Israeli national team played a draw with the Swiss team in the postponed match of the seventh round of the qualifying tournament for the 2024 European Championship.

The meeting took place in Hungary and ended with a score of 1:1. Sean Weissmann scored for the Israeli team, and Ruben Vargas scored for the Swiss.

Dynamo Moscow defender Elazar Dasa, who plays for the Israeli national team, entered the field in the starting lineup and was replaced in the 65th minute.

Earlier, the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) moved the game to Hungary due to the worsening situation in the Middle East. Initially, the meeting was supposed to take place on October 12 in Tel Aviv (Israel).

The Swiss team scored 16 points and rose to first place in the Group I standings, Israel is in third place with 12 points.
