Ex-Lokomotiv footballer Kukhta and two other players of the Czech national team were suspended from the team for participating in a drunken party

Former Lokomotiv Moscow striker Jan Kuchta has been suspended from the Czech national football team for violating internal regulations before the Euro 2024 qualifying match with Moldova, the press service of the Czech team reports.

According to Sport.cz, Kuchta, who plays for Sparta Prague, in company with English West Ham defender Vladimir Tsoufal and Greek Aris player Jakub Brabec, drank alcohol in a nightclub on Saturday evening.

— Three national team players grossly violated the national team’s internal rules on Saturday evening. Jakub Brabec, Vladimir Zoufal and Jan Kuchta immediately left the national team by decision of the management, the Czech national team said in a statement.

Kukhta played for Lokomotiv from January to July 2022. He played 11 matches for the Moscow club, scored 3 goals and gave 2 assists.

The Group E match between the Czech Republic and Moldova will take place on Monday in Olomouc. Matches of the qualifying tournament of the European Championship 2024 are broadcast live by TV channels of the Match group, as well as by the websites matchtv.ru and sportbox.ru.
