The head coach of the Turkish Alanyaspor, Fatih Tekke, said that he was waiting for an invitation from Zenit.
Tekke played for Zenit from 2006 to 2009. The 46-year-old specialist retired from playing in 2012.
— If Zenit makes me an offer to work with the team as a coach, naturally, I will agree. I’m waiting for an invitation from them. If it arrives, I’ll take the first flight,” RB Sport quotes Tekke.
Alanyaspor, after 12 rounds of the Turkish Super League, ranks 17th in the standings with 10 points. In the next round, Tekke’s team will meet Galatasaray away on November 25.
