The Moldavian national team lost heavily to the Czechs and failed to qualify for Euro 2024

The players of the Moldavian national team were defeated by the Czech team in the match of the final, 10th round of the qualifying tournament for the 2024 European Championship.

The meeting ended with a score of 3:0. David Doudera (14th minute), Tomas Hory (72) and Tomas Soucek (90) scored for the winners. In the 55th minute, Moldovan defender Vladislav Baboglo received a second yellow card and was sent off.

Spartak defender Oleg Ryabchuk entered the starting lineup of the Moldavian national team and played the entire match.

In a parallel game, the Albanian team tied at home with the Faroe Islands (0:0).

Thus, Albania (15) and the Czech Republic (15), which took the first two places in Group E, made it to the final part of Euro 2024. Poland (11) became third, Moldova (10) was fourth, the Faroe Islands finished in the last, fifth line.
