Ruslan Nigmatullin: “I came to Russia for the winter. I’m determined not to freeze because I lead an active lifestyle.”
Former goalkeeper of the Russian national football team Ruslan Nigmatullin told why he decided to return to Russia before the start of winter.
Earlier on November 20, Nigmatullin told Match TV that he intended to spend the next year in Moscow, working in the representative office of a large investment fund.
— I came to Russia for the winter. I am determined not to freeze because I lead an active lifestyle. The most important thing is that I returned to a warm atmosphere, and the weather is secondary. Is the atmosphere in Russia better than in the USA? Let’s not make provocative topics. It’s better where we are not. I returned to a warm atmosphere, to my favorite city. Back for work, but will continue to travel around the world. Travel is life,” Nigmatullin told the Championship.
Nigmatullin is a three-time champion of Russia, two-time winner of the National Cup.
