RFU announced the imposition of a ban on the registration of new players on Rubin. The text of the decision reads:
1. Meets the question of footballer Maxim Shiryaev regarding FC “Rubin” on the recognition of the early termination of the employment contract committed on the initiative of the club without valid reasons, on debt collection, on the compensation for termination of the employment relationship and on the partial application of sanctions. Recognize the early termination of the employment contract as committed on the initiative of FC “Ruby” for no good reason. Oblige the club to pay the player any compensation due for the early termination of the employment contract; pay interest (monetary compensation) in accordance with Article 236 of the Labor Code RF for violation of the terms of payment of the specified debt, calculated from the day on which such payment should have been made, up to and including the date of actual payment, and pay the fine provided for in paragraph 52 of Appendix No. 3 to the regulations RFU on the status and transitions (transfers) of players.
Apply to FC “Rubin” ban on registering new players as an interim measure. This prohibition takes effect from the moment the provisions of this decision are adopted and can be revoked by the Chamber RFU for dispute resolution upon request FC “Rubin” in case of fulfillment of the obligations established by this decision towards the professional football player Maxim Shiryaev. In fulfilling the rest of the requests of footballer Maxim Shiryaev regarding FC Rubin refuses.
At the beginning of November the club was already subject to a similar fine; on the 14th the ban was lifted.
