CSKA football player Chalov told what his first salary was
Forward of CSKA and the Russian national football team Fedor Chalov said that his salary under the first contract was 10 thousand rubles.
— I had my first contract with CSKA at the age of 13. Of course, the child cannot enter into it without the consent of the parents. And my mother went and constantly talked with the management, with the coaches. It is clear that this is not a contract where you need to agree on some conditions. But until the age of 17–18, my mother was always aware of everything.
— Was your first salary big?
– 10 thousand rubles. Not bad money for a 13-year-old boy. But at first I didn’t buy anything special. I was immediately given critical thinking – I need to spend it correctly, I can’t spend it all at once, but I need to save it little by little.
— Have you saved a lot?
– Nope! I constantly saved money for something, and my brother periodically found it… Well, he borrowed it for an unlimited period! And my first major purchase was a Playstation. It was something – I earned it myself, I bought it myself! It’s nice,” KP Sport quotes Chalov as saying.
This season, the footballer scored 10 goals in 22 games for the army club.
