The Russian was in the starting line-up for the 5th round match of the group stage with the Red Bull Salzburg club.
In the 3rd round with Benfica, the midfielder entered the field in the 76th minute, and in the return match with the Lisbon team he came on in the 78th minute, in both cases replacing Andera Barrenetxea.
