Today FTC RFU Lokomotiv midfielder suspended Dmitry Barinov for two matches (one of which was suspended) for insulting the referees of the 16th round match RPL with “Wings of the Soviets”.
After the decision was announced FTC It was reported that Barinov may appeal his punishment. This is impossible.
Article 79 of the disciplinary regulations RFU “Final decisions” do not give the player this opportunity. He says, in particular:
Decisions of the Control and Discipline Commission RFUdisciplinary body of the federation, disciplinary body of the competition can be appealed before the competent judicial body, with the exception of the following decisions:
1) on the application of comments;
2) on the request for disqualification up to and including 2 matches or for a period of less than 2 months…”
