Former head coach of the Belarusian national team Anatoly Baidachny explained the unsuccessful performance of Sochi in the current MIR Russian Premier League (RPL).

Sochi, having scored 10 points in 17 matches, is last in the RPL standings. On Sunday, Alexander Tochilin left the position of head coach of the team.

— I can’t say what’s happening with Sochi, since I’m far from the club. This is more a question for management. I can only say that frequent changes of coaches do not lead to stable results. This is what has been happening in Sochi lately. We need a specialist who is trusted by management. When you hire a specialist, you trust him. Give him a chance. Two or three months pass, something doesn’t work out for him. Maybe there are objective reasons for this. But it doesn’t happen that the result comes right away.

There are such results, there are failures. Still have half a season to play. During this time, you can do everything – fly out and enter again,” Baidachny is quoted as saying by the Championship.

Denis Klyuev will act as the head coach of Sochi in the match of the 18th round of the MIR RPL against Orenburg.
