“Nothing is clear in the RPL yet. There are five that will fight for the championship” – Pavlyuchenko
Former Russian national team striker Roman Pavlyuchenko believes that in the MIR Russian Premier League (RPL) there are five teams vying for the championship in the second part of the season.
Based on the results of 17 rounds of the RPL, the leader is Krasnodar (35), which is two points ahead of Zenit (33). Also in the top five are Dynamo Moscow (31), Krylia Sovetov (29) and CSKA (28).
– More to play and play. Everything will be clear in the second half of the championship. There is a long break ahead, there will be preparations, I think there will be reinforcements. The standings don’t mean anything right now. It is clear that there are five that will fight for the championship. But in our championship you won three or four games – and in the top three, lost – in the top ten. The teams will prepare at the training camp. Nothing is clear or decided yet,” Championship quotes Pavlyuchenko.
MIR RPL matches are shown live on the Match TV and MATCH PREMIER TV channels, as well as on the websites matchtv.ru and sportbox.ru.
