Glebov’s agent: “We didn’t even consider other options, we only dialogued with CSKA”

Agent Anton Zheleznyakov, representing the interests of CSKA defender Kirill Glebov, spoke about the extension of the football player’s contract with the Moscow club.

On Thursday, 19-year-old Glebov signed a new agreement with CSKA until the end of the 2026/27 season, which includes an option to extend for a year.

“We don’t see a problem with such a long-term contract. CSKA believed in Kirill when we brought him to the club’s academy four years ago. Since then, he has made an impressive rise to the main team’s roster. All these years the club has invested effort and money in training Kirill, we are obliged to show loyalty.

Everyone is happy and satisfied. The contract extension as a whole shows that the CSKA structure is counting on Kirill. This cannot but make us happy, we did not even consider other options, we conducted a dialogue only with CSKA,” Metaratings.ru quotes Zheleznyakov.

This season, Glebov played 8 matches for CSKA in all tournaments and was not effective.

On Sunday, December 10, CSKA will play away against Krasnodar as part of the 18th round of the WORLD RPL. The match will be shown live on the Match TV channel starting at 19:30 (Moscow time), as well as on the websites matchtv.ru and sportbox.ru.
