Monaco defeated Rennes in the French championship match, Golovin did not score

Monaco players defeated Rennes on the road in the match of the 15th round of the French championship.
The meeting took place in Rennes and ended with a score of 2:1 in favor of the guests. Wanderson and Yussuf Fofana scored for the winners, while Benjamin Bourigeau scored from the penalty spot for the home team.
At the end of the match, the Monaco players played in the minority – Wanderson received a second yellow card in the 75th minute.
Monaco’s Russian midfielder Alexander Golovin entered the starting line-up and was replaced in stoppage time in the second half; he was unable to make any impact.
Monaco scored 30 points and moved up to second place in the standings, Rennes (15) is in 12th place.
In the next round, Monaco will host Lyon on December 15; Golovin will miss this match due to disqualification, which will come into force on December 12.
