The trial in the case where the Gazizovs allegedly paid 92 million rubles to Spartak has been postponed

Spartak lawyer Tatiana Zavyalova announced the postponement of the meeting of the Samara Court of Cassation to consider the complaint of the former general director of the club Shamilya Gazizova for the decision to pay them “red-white” 92 million rubles.

On January 31, the Oktyabrsky Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan granted Spartak’s request and recovered 92 million rubles from Gazizov. Subsequently the former director general appealed to the Supreme Court of Bashkortostan, which was not satisfied.

The trial has been postponed to January 18, 2024, the parties have time and opportunity to reach an agreement. Me and [юрист] Elena Chachua fell ill and asked the court to postpone the hearings in connection with this.

Gazizov was general manager of Spartak from July to December 2020.
