Former Spartak footballer Valery Gladilin admitted that Krasnodar players pleasantly surprised him in 2023.
The Krasnodar club scored 38 points in 18 rounds and went into the winter break as the championship leader. The second is St. Petersburg Zenit (36 points), the capital’s Dynamo (32) closes the top three.
