A future football star from… Russia is growing up in the English Manchester United system. The colors of the junior teams are successfully defended by 15-year-old Amir Ibragimov. The guy doesn’t seem to notice his rivals!

Even Sir Alex Ferguson himself noted the young genius.

“This is a special talent”

Ibragimov gave another reason for discussion after the match between the junior teams of Manchester United and Newcastle (for players no older than 16 years old). The game ended with a victory for the Mancunians with a score of 4:1. Amir scored all four goals for the opponents.

Such zeal of the junior attracted the attention of many football fans. On social networks, Ibragimov’s praises are sung and called the future legend of “red” Manchester.

– This is a special talent. Remember his name,” said user UtdFaithfuls.

“He’s only 15, but he looks a level above his peers,” notes Alice Abrahams.

Speedy, technical and fearless

Ibragimov has previously attracted increased public attention. And not only with the game, but also with his behavior on the field.

Amir is a native of Dagestan, who at the age of 11 moved to England with his family. He initially played football in the Sheffield system, but was noticed by Manchester United. As part of the Red Devils, Ibragimov blossomed and is now a target for many top teams in Europe.

Foreign experts note Amir’s speed, his amazing physical shape and lack of fear. He can easily break away from three defenders. Ibragimov is also technically and tactically developed. Usually the Russian plays on the left flank of the attack, but at the same time he looks good both on the right and under the attackers.

At the age of 15, the boy managed to play for Manchester U-18 and even scored an assist in the English championship. He has already been involved in working with an adult team! Ibragimov’s contract contains a clause according to which he will enter into a full-fledged professional agreement with the club at the age of 17.

Amir also has matches and goals for the England U-15 junior team. At the same time, he retains the chance to play for the Russian national team in the future – if he wants, of course.

Earned respect with a beautiful deed

Ibragimov is known not only for his football skills. At one time, he became famous for his gentlemanly behavior on the field.

In 2022, Manchester juniors played with their peers from Tottenham. One of the Devils’ attacks ended with Amir falling in someone else’s penalty area, after which the referee awarded a penalty. The Russian tried to prove that he fell himself and his opponent did not break the rules. But the judge did not change the decision.

Then Ibragimov demonstrated what fair play should look like. Approaching the point, he… simply rolled the ball to the Tottenham goalkeeper, without attempting to shoot at his goal. That match ended in a draw (2:2), and Amir received hundreds of compliments from all over the world.

Ibragimov has all the ingredients for a successful career. At 15 years old, he has a major contract with a technical sponsor, wears the captain’s armband and attracts many followers on social networks. Even Sir Alex Ferguson knows about his talent!

Therefore, there is no doubt that poker for the Newcastle juniors is not the most important achievement in Amir’s career. All his victories are yet to come. It is quite possible that we will see the boy in the main lineup of one of the world’s greats – we just have to wait a little.
