Former Red Star player Sasha Markovic said that all Serbian football players are happy to have the opportunity to play a friendly match against the Russian national team.
On Wednesday, the Russian Football Union (RFU) announced that a friendly match between the Russians and Serbs will be held on March 21 at Moscow’s Dynamo stadium.

The match against the Serbs will be the first for the Russian national team against a team from Europe since the ban from international competitions in February 2022. Previously, the Serbian national team reached the final part of the 2024 European Championship.
