“Strong players came to Dynamo, no RPL team has such competition” – Grulev

Dynamo forward Vyacheslav Grulev believes that not a single MIR team of the Russian Premier League (RPL) has such competition as in the Moscow club.

After 18 rounds, the “blue and white” occupy third place in the RPL standings. The gap from the leading Krasnodar is six points, and the gap from the second Zenit is four.

— Really strong players came to us. We have such fierce competition. The composition is very complete. Especially from the front. There is such a fight for a place in the lineup! There are two or three people per position, so you need to show yourself in every training session to be given a chance in the game. And if they give it, then you also have to give it your all in the game.

No other RPL team has such competition. All the players selected in attack are of high quality. No one will give up their place just like that. And we objectively have no understanding now who will play in attack from the first minutes. So we definitely can’t have players give up their oars because they are not in the lineup, while others played calmly,” RB Sport quotes Grulev.
