Ex-president of Lokomotiv Olga Smorodskaya expressed the opinion that at the moment the famous foreign specialist will not go to work for Moscow Spartak.
On April 14, Spartak announced the dismissal of Spaniard Guillermo Abascal from the post of head coach. Bosnian Vladimir Sliskovich was appointed acting head coach.
— Will Spartak be able to invite a famous foreign coach? No, the famous foreigner will not go to Spartak now. Just like any other Russian club. And the unknown is a pig in a poke like Abaskal. So the Spartak management needs to look for a specialist for a long time and carefully so as not to make the same mistake as with Guillermo,” RB Sport quotes Smorodskaya as saying.
In the 25th round of the MIR RPL Spartak will meet with Rostov. The game will take place on April 21 in Rostov-on-Don.
