Inter Miami forward Lionel Messi criticized the new rules in MLS, reports ESPN.

According to the league’s new rules, if a referee stops play due to a possible injury to a player and he remains off the turf for more than 15 seconds and medical personnel enter the field, the referee may require the player to leave the field for 2 minutes.
