Malcolm’s team again left Ronaldo without a trophy. Al-Hilal won the King’s Cup

Saudi Al-Nasr, for which Cristiano Ronaldo plays, lost to Malcom’s Al-Hilal in the final of the King’s Cup.
The meeting took place in Jeddah and ended with Al-Hilal winning in a penalty shootout.
The main and extra time of the match ended with the score 1:1. In the 7th minute, Al-Hilal forward Aleksandar Mitrovic opened the scoring. Al-Nasr midfielder Ayman Yahya equalized the score in the 88th minute.
In the 56th minute, Al-Nasr goalkeeper David Ospina received a red card. In the 87th minute, Al-Hilal defender Ali Al-Bulayhi was sent off. In the 90th minute, another Al-Hilal central defender, Kalidou Koulibaly, received a red card.
In the penalty shootout, the Al-Hilal players were more accurate – 5:4. Al-Nasr’s Portuguese striker Cristiano Ronaldo was in the starting lineup and played the full match. The 39-year-old footballer scored his try in the penalty shootout, but this did not save his team from defeat. Ex-forward of St. Petersburg Zenit, Brazilian Malcom, entered the starting line-up of Al-Hilal and was replaced in the 109th minute.
Previously, Al-Nasr took second place in the championship; Al-Hilal won the championship title, leaving Ronaldo without team trophies in the season that ended.
