CSKA defender Willian Rocha shared his memories of the episode with the removal in the match of the 25th round of the MIR RPL 2023/24 season with Akhmat.
The match, which took place on April 20 in Moscow, ended with a score of 2:1 in favor of the team from Grozny. Rocha received a direct red card in the 19th minute for a rough foul on midfielder Lechi Sadulaev.
— There was a game moment. Unfortunately, I touched my leg. But I apologized to my opponent, I had no intention of injuring him. There were matches where I got hit in the legs in exactly the same way. Now Akhmat trains near us at the base in Novogorsk. I already went and talked to this guy. In the first round of the new RPL season, the Moscow club will play away to Rostov. The meeting will take place on July 20 and will begin at 20:00 Moscow time.
