Former Manchester United and Russian national team footballer Andrei Kanchelskis got into a fight in a bar in Moscow on the day of the 2024 European Championship final.
According to Kanchelskis, nothing terrible happened.
— I feel good. Everyone is alive and well. Everything is fine. Nothing terrible happened. Yes, there really was a skirmish, we fought. But why make a big deal out of it? We’ll figure it out. I feel good. I hope he’s okay. Football is football. We were rooting for one team, people were rooting for another — nothing terrible, — Match TV quotes Kanchelskis as saying.
On Sunday, Spain beat England 2-1 in the EURO 2024 final, winning the European Championship for a record fourth time.
