Head of the Football Federation of Kazakhstan (KFF) Adlet Barmenkulov He talked about how he is inspired by the example of the Georgian national team, which this year managed to reach the European Championship for the first time and get to the playoffs of the tournament.
One point that is important to pay attention to here: almost all Georgian national team players play in top foreign clubs. We have only four of them so far: Zainutdinov, Alip, Aimbetov and Orazov. And the role of Stanislav Cherchesov is also important in terms of the recognition of Kazakh football. He is a recognizable personality in Europe. And this is very interesting for us. And one of the tasks that Cherchesov faces is to ensure that the national team players, at least 50% of the team, play in foreign clubs. Only the coach can present his player and show what he is capable of. And we expect Cherchesov to help a lot in this regard.
