The English Premier League is set to make changes to some elements of its financial rules to ensure they comply with competition and public law.
Manchester City had previously contested the legality of the rules nuclear submarine for transactions with connected parties (APT). The arbitral tribunal found some of them illegal and procedurally unfair. In this regard, an extraordinary meeting of members is scheduled to be called for next Thursday.
The Premier League has written to its 20 member clubs saying they will receive information on plans for next week on Monday.
