Khimki footballer Corredera: “Dani Fernandez said that he is happy with everything in Russia. He helped me make a decision.”
Spanish midfielder of Khimki Alex Corredera said that the defender of the Moscow region team Dani Fernandez helped him make a decision about moving to Russia.
Corredera joined the Khimki roster in September, the midfielder played 11 matches for the team.
— You played in Spain with Fernandez. Did you consult him before moving to Russia?
– Yes, sure. I spoke with Dani before making my decision. I found out about the new league and country. He said that he was very pleased with everything. Dani helped me make this decision,” Corredera told the Championship.
“Khimki” with 13 points occupy 13th place in the RPL standings.
