The court arrested the owner of the Torpedo football club Sobolev for 2 months
The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow imprisoned the co -owner of the Torpedo football club Leonid Sobolev in the case of an unlawful influence on the result of an official sports competition, the press service of the courts of general jurisdiction of the capital reports.
On Friday, the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Irina Volk, said that the co -owner of Torpedo Leonid Sobolev and the director of the “black -white” Valery Skorodumov was charged with attempts to bribe a judge worth more than 1 million rubles.
– by the Decree of the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow, the request of the preliminary investigation was satisfied to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention against Sobolev Leonid Davydovich, accused of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 184, part 2 of Art. 184, part 2 of Art. 184 of the Criminal Code, for a period of 02 months, the statement said.
Earlier, Torpedo announced that law enforcement agencies carry out investigative actions against Sobolev and Skorodumov. According to “Match TV”, the lawyer Sobolev Alexander Dobrovinsky, the functionary is charged with part 2 of Article 184 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – “Having illegal impact on the result of an official sports competition or spectacular commercial competition”. The maximum punishment under this article is seven years of imprisonment.
According to the results of the season, 2024/25, the Torpedo took second place in Melbet -First League and directly reached the Russian Prime Minister (RPL).
