Akhmat defeated Rubin and scored the first points in the Russian Cup
Grozny “Akhmat” defeated the Kazan “Rubin” in the match of the third round of the group stage of the RPL Fonbet Cup of Russia.
The meeting in Grozny ended with a score of 2: 0, the goals were scored by Lychi Sadulaev (5th minute) and George Melkadze (27).
Akhmat scored the first glasses in the current Russian Cup, the Stanislav Cherchesov team with three points takes the second place in the group A. The Petersburg Zenit (9 points), Rubin (3 points) is the third, Orenburg (3 points) (3 points) – fourth.
“Rubin” will play on the exit with Orenburg on September 16, Akhmat will meet with Zenit a day later.
