Mantuana’s goal brought Zenit victory over Dynamo in the RPL match
St. Petersburg Zenit won a strong-willed victory over Dynamo Moscow in the home match of the 13th round of the WORLD Russian Premier League (RPL).
The meeting in St. Petersburg ended with a score of 2:1. Andrei Mostovoy and Gustavo Mantuan scored goals for the blue-white-blue team. Bitello scored for Dynamo.
Sergei Semak’s team with 26 points is third in the championship standings, Dynamo (16) is ninth.
Zenit will host Lokomotiv Moscow in the next round on November 1, and Valery Karpin’s team will play Rubin in Kazan on the same day.
