According to the Tek Saha portal, Zizovic felt ill in the 22nd minute of the match and died while being transported to hospital. The match was interrupted with the score 2:0 in favor of the guests.
Žižović was 44 years old and in 2025 he took charge of Radnički 1923. Previously he coached the Bosnian “Zrinjski”, the “Sloboda” and the Albanian “Shkupi”. During his playing career, he played for Zrinjski, Borac and Radnik and won the Bosnia and Herzegovina Cup twice. He also played two matches for the Bosnian national team.
