Goalkeeper of the French “Paris Saint-Germain” Matvey Safonov conducted a training session with the Russian national team before a friendly match with the Peruvian team.
Safonov arrived at the national team headquarters on Tuesday. A total of 28 footballers took part in the lesson. Earlier it became known that Lokomotiv Moscow players Dmitry Barinov and Alexander Silyanov would miss the training camp due to injuries.
The match between the national teams of Russia and Peru will take place at the Gazprom Arena in St. Petersburg on November 12. Start: 20:00 Moscow time. The match will be classified by the International Football Federation (FIFA), in it the Russians occupy 30th place, the Peruvians 49th.
