Footballer Rudenko talks about the difference between Khimki and Lokomotiv: “Before I didn’t have a cryosauna and a pressure chamber for recovery”
Lokomotiv footballer Alexander Rudenko compared the equipment of the Moscow club with Khimki, where he spent several years of his career.
Rudenko played for the Moscow region team from 2022 to 2025. In the summer of 2025, the forward moved to Lokomotiv as a free agent. The contract runs until 2028.
— The difference between Khimki and Lokomotiv is colossal. Recovery is completely different. The teammates are of better quality. There were moments that I was shocked by after moving to Lokomotiv. Our base is top. I have never had a cryosauna or hyperbaric chamber during recovery before. At Lokomotiv, I saw all this for the first time, it really helps with recovery,” Rudenko told Soviet Sport.
This season WORLD RPL 26-year-old Rudenko played 17 matches for Lokomotiv, scored three goals and gave three assists. The team is in fourth place in the standings with 34 points. Lokomotiv will play their next match away from Sochi on December 7.
