General director of Spartak Moscow Sergei Nekrasov he stated that his youth preferences do not interfere with work for the benefit of the club. Nekrasov’s comment is quoted by Sport Express.
After the appointment of Nekrasov to the post of general director of Spartak, photographs of him wearing a scarf were published on social networks CSKA.
“I have no idea where the photographs came from. People with whom I worked at Lukoil for 10 years have approached me; I have known them for almost a quarter of a century. They trust me, I trust them. This proposal has been made several times before. So they know more or less what to expect from me based on our work together. They know that I love football very much. Of course, at amateur level, but that probably helps a little too. I don’t suffer from any bipolar disorder. I understand perfectly what the goals of the club are, I understand my tasks in this sense, and my youthful passions do not prevent me from working for the good of the club,” Nekrasov said.
Previously, Nekrasov headed the board of financial institutions and capital markets of Lukoil and worked in this position for 10 years. Since 2011, Nekrasov has been the first vice president of Gazprombank, overseeing a number of areas, and has also worked in managing branches of the group’s banks in Europe.
