Glushakov named coaches who could lead Spartak
Former footballer of the Russian national team and Spartak Denis Glushakov named the names of coaches who could lead the “red-whites”.
Earlier, Dejan Stankovic left the post of head coach of Spartak. Vadim Romanov was appointed acting head coach of the team.
“I’ve been saying for a long time that we can try to bring back Tikhonov and Alenichev. I think that it definitely wouldn’t have been worse—most likely, it would have only been a plus. The entire Spartak diaspora would unite and try to make a result,” Glushakov said in a video on his Telegram channel.
Spartak scored 29 points in 18 rounds of the MIR RPL and ranks sixth in the standings.
